His past has provided him with the countenance and know-how to navigate the complex and often undiscovered channels of redevelopment agencies both old and new, as well as gather financial resources. The results of which create an infusion of growth in areas that spawn both city pride and imagination of other developers who continue the rebirth of the community.

Webb began his professional life in the furniture business, designing award-winning furnishings for some of the more scrutinizing households in the country. Growing upon this knowledge, he entered the interior design industry, expanding his influence from creating furniture to creating entire spaces. His background in architecture allowed even this to grow as he became known for his tenant built-outs. Webb built a substantial reputation in this field.
